My Bio
I am a former contributing writer for "Up and Coming" magazine in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I am a former host of various open mics in the southeastern region of North Carolina. I am a poet and writer who loves the craft of storytelling.
It led to a path that I couldn't be more pleased with. I wrote a book and self published before "Amazon" made it easy. I wanted illustrations, but not a one of my artistic friends were willing to contribute. I thank God they refused. I started drawing when I was 24. I discovered clay when I was 31 and took to it like a fish does water.
I am now 39, a 9 year student at Robeson County Community College in North Carolina and have mastered many crafts. Ready to take on the world I diligently learn and hone all artistic mediums. Next on my list is stained glass, welding and shadow boxes. Being an artist has given me vision and art is everywhere.

That's great! While I'll personally stick to drawing and writing, I love all forms of art.
Most excellent! That's what I started out doing. I begged and begged my visual artist friends to illustrate my book of poetry and when they refused I ended up finding out that I was alright at drawing . Sculpting and pottery came later.
